The Trimandilis family is set to enjoy an exclusive private cooking class, designed to celebrate the art of Mediterranean flavors, on March 16th, 2024, at 4 PM. This personalized culinary experience promises an unforgettable exploration of traditional recipes, under expert guidance, in a warm and inviting setting.

The curated menu for the evening is a feast for the senses. Guests will begin with Tomato Keftedhes, delightful tomato fritters infused with feta and fresh herbs, followed by Tyrokafteri, a rich and spicy whipped feta dip perfectly paired with freshly made pita. For the main course, the group will prepare Chicken Fricassee, tender chicken simmered in a velvety avgholemono (egg-lemon) sauce with hearty greens, accompanied by a fragrant rice pilaf. To complete the meal, the Trimandilis family will create Portokalopita, a luscious orange yogurt cake that’s bound to leave lasting memories.

With every dish crafted by hand, this private class blends tradition, flavor, and skill-building into an event that brings people together around the joy of cooking and sharing food. The evening will be a celebration of family, heritage, and the timeless pleasures of a good meal.

The cost includes all the ingredients and tools fro the class. It also includes two glasses of wine per person.
