Silo Gallery Rental Details

Thank you for choosing the Silo Gallery for your private family event on October 18th, 2025, from 4 PM to 1 AM. Here’s what’s included in your rental and some important details to keep in mind:

Included Amenities

  • Capacity: The Silo Gallery comfortably accommodates up to 75 guests.
  • Equipment: Use of a movie projector and a basic internal PA system.
  • Preparation Space: Access to the connecting room between the gallery and the Cooking School for organizing food and drinks.

Renter Responsibilities

  • Setup and Breakdown: You are responsible for setting up and breaking down tables and chairs for your event.
  • Clean-Up: The space will be provided clean, and we kindly ask that it is left in the same condition, including sweeping and mopping.
  • Insurance: Proof of general liability event insurance in the amount of $1,000,000 is required, listing Hunt Hill Farm Trust Inc. as a co-insured.

Parking and Access

  • Parking: The Silo Main Parking and adjacent parking spaces will be available for your guests. Please note that parking on the street or lawn is prohibited and can result in police fines. Make sure to communicate this to your attendees.
  • Bathrooms: If a Cooking School event is taking place during your rental, bathroom access will be available on the Silo Store level until the cooking event concludes.

REFUND POLICY

The Silo Cooking School Tickets and Gift Certificates - Terms and Conditions 

Usage: The Silo Cooking School Tickets and Gift Certificates are redeemable only for cooking classes offered to the public by Silo Cooking School, including demonstrations and hands-on classes.

No Cash Value: The class Tickets and Gift Certificates are not exchangeable for cash or any other form of credit. They can only be used for the purchase of cooking classes at Silo Cooking School.

Expiration: The Gift Certificates expires 24 months after the purchase date. Holders of the Gift Certificates can redeem them at any time for any available cooking class.

Class Availability and Size: While Silo Cooking School strives to offer weekly classes, there is no fixed annual schedule. Class availability may vary, and we recommend checking our website regularly for the most up-to-date schedule. Each class is limited to 16 people.

Pricing: The cost of basic classes is $135. The price is determined mostly by the quality of the ingredients used in the recipes. We strive to use the best quality products while keeping the classes affordable. Please consider this when choosing your gift certificate.

Pricing Difference: Please note that some classes may have a price that exceeds the value of this gift certificate. In such cases, the recipient will be responsible for covering the difference between the gift certificate value and the class cost at the time of booking or registration.
