To complement your creations, you'll prepare classic accompaniments like creamy guacamole, zesty pico de gallo, and tangy pickled red onions. The experience continues as you learn to prepare a rich and complex Chicken Mole served with traditional rice and beans. For a sweet finale, you'll craft a perfect, silky Mexican Flan.
